GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE AND USE (CGV/CGU)

Article 1 - Purpose These conditions govern sales by Jess HARDY (EI), micro-enterprise operating the trade name BodyFlex Wellness, domiciled at 43 Chemin du Fond de l'Eau, 59560 Warneton, France. These conditions apply to all health, well-being and muscle recovery products offered on the bodyflexwellness.com website.

Article 2 - Price The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). In accordance with the status of micro-entrepreneur, VAT is not applicable, according to article 293 B of the General Tax Code. BodyFlex Wellness reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of validation of the order.

Article 3 - Orders Any order placed on the bodyflexwellness.com site assumes adherence to these General Conditions. Any order confirmation implies your full and complete acceptance of these conditions of sale, without exception or reservation. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction.

Article 4 - Payment The fact of validating your order implies for you the obligation to pay the price indicated. Payment for your purchases is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) via a secure payment system, or by PayPal.

Article 5 - Delivery The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. Average delivery times are shown on our "Shipping Policy" page. In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to you to inform you of a possible impact on the delivery time indicated to you.

Article 6 - Withdrawal and Returns In accordance with current legislation and our brand's commitments, you have an extended period of 30 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, BodyFlex Wellness will reimburse the sums paid within 5 to 10 working days following receipt and inspection of your return.

Article 7 - Guarantees All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Article 8 - Liability The products offered comply with current French legislation. BodyFlex Wellness cannot be held liable in the event of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the customer.consumer, such as in the event of normal wear and tear of the product or force majeure. Article 9 - Applicable law and disputes The language of this contract is French. These conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
