GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)

Article 1 — Purpose and Scope of Application These General Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern all contractual relations between the BodyFlex Wellness online store (managed by the Individual Company Jess HARDY, domiciled at 43 Chemin du Fond de l'Eau, 59560 Warneton, France) and any natural or legal person making a purchase via the bodyflexwellness.com website (hereinafter the "Customer"). Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer.

Article 2 — Products and Prices The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Prices are indicated in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), excluding any specific customs fees. In accordance with the status of micro-entrepreneur, VAT is not applicable, according to article 293 B of the General Tax Code. BodyFlex Wellness reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but items are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is validated.

Article 3 — Order and Payment The Customer validates their order after having selected their items, provided their delivery details and accepted the total amount. Payment is made online in a 100% secure manner via the payment providers offered (Visa bank card, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The order is definitively registered after confirmation of payment.

Article 4 — Delivery Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Deliveries are accompanied by a tracking number sent to the Customer by e-mail. Full delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal and 30-day commercial guarantee In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer legally has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal. BodyFlex Wellness commercial extension: BodyFlex Wellness extends this period to 30 days from receipt of the product (“30-Day Money Back Guarantee”). Return procedures are detailed in our Refund Policy.

Article 6 — Legal Guarantees All products sold benefit from the legal guarantees provided for by French legislation:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code): Covers manufacturing and operating defects for 2 years from delivery of the good.

  • Guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code): Allows you to obtain a refund or price reduction in the event of a defect rendering the product unfit for its use.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to the amicable settlement of disputes, the Customer has the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator. The Customer can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 8 — Applicable Law These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
