RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Legal right of withdrawal: In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. On a commercial basis, our store extends this right to 30 days from the date of receipt of your product to request a return and refund.

Return acceptance conditions: To be eligible for a refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be completely new, free of any scratches or traces of use.

  • Transparent protective plastic films and the like must not have been removed.

  • The product must be returned in its complete original packaging (box, instructions, adjustment tools if any).

Return procedure:

  1. Contact our customer service by email at: support@bodyflexwellness.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return the product to the following address: JESS HARDY - BodyFlex Wellness - 43 Chemin du fond de l’eau 59560, Warneton.

  3. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer, unless the product received has a proven manufacturing defect when the package is opened. We strongly advise you to use a tracking delivery method.

Refunds: After receipt and inspection of the product by our teams, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If the return conditions are validated, the refund will be automatically made to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal account used during the purchase) within 5 to 10 working days.
